Every nool piece passes through a pair of hands, usually several. Here's how we work.
Read our story
On the loom
Cotton and wool are warped by hand on wooden looms in Akhmim, one thread at a time.
Woven in small runs
Weavers work in short batches, so colours shift a little from one piece to the next.
Knotted & braided
Jute, seagrass and cord are braided, coiled and knotted into shape. No glue, no shortcuts.
Finished by hand
Every seam, tassel and handle is finished and checked by hand before it's wrapped for you.

All FAQsCan I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, in all 27 governorates. Open the package, check your piece, then pay the courier.
How fast is delivery?
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days. Other governorates: 2–6. Orders before 16:00 ship the same day.
Is everything really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is knotted, woven, knitted or stitched by a maker we know by name, in small batches.
What if I change my mind?
Return any unused piece within 14 days. Our courier picks it up from your door.
